“I observed a few potential shortcomings during my examination. While the staff strives to be helpful, language barriers and a lack of preparedness appeared to be issues, particularly with early morning service and communication. The rooms, though air-conditioned, seemed to need some maintenance, and mosquito control is definitely a must. It's quite close to Angkor Wat, but be ready for a very touristy area.”
